Job Title: Associate – Programs & Admin
Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for MBA-qualified candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or event management. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately. The offered salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute internal programs, monthly events, and Capital Café sessions.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including vendor coordination, office maintenance, and event logistics.
• Handle non-financial documentation, maintain office supplies, and support regular office operations.
• Provide backend and on-ground support for large-scale events including venue setup, procurement, sponsor coordination, and overall execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, administration, or operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Exposure to marketing, outreach, or community engagement is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
