The Associate Professor of Ophthalmology will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a commitment to education and the advancement of the field of ophthalmology.

• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in ophthalmology.
• Conduct and supervise clinical research in the field of ophthalmology.
• Participate in departmental and university committees.
• Provide high-quality patient care in the ophthalmology clinic and operating room.
• Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology and integrate them into teaching and practice.

Skills and Qualifications

• MD or MS in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
• 4-10 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching.
• Strong clinical skills in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.
• Experience in conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty of ophthalmology is preferred.
