Associate Professor - CSE

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Associate Professor in Computer Science & Engineering with proven academic and research excellence. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in teaching, research, and institutional development while mentoring faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities

● Teach advanced undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & Engineering.

● Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate research scholars.

● Lead funded research projects, establish research collaborations, and publish in high-impact journals.

● Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to faculty development.

● Take a leadership role in curriculum development and program design aligned with NEP and industry trends.

● Actively contribute to departmental administration, accreditation, and strategic initiatives.

● Network with industry partners to enhance internships, placements, and joint research opportunities.

Qualifications

● Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or allied fields from a reputed institution.

● Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 3

years at the Assistant Professor level.

● Strong record of publications in reputed indexed journals and conferences.

● Evidence of successful research guidance and funded projects preferred.

Desired Skills & Competencies

● Expertise in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related domains.

● Strong academic leadership and mentoring skills.

● Proven ability to attract research funding and build collaborations.

● Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
