Associate Product Manager (Plant Automation)

The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and integration of the automation platform across all plant departments, including production, packaging, filling, quality, and raw material dispensing. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing current and new workflows to meet specific plant requirements. Additionally, you will design and develop applications to facilitate smooth processing of various plant functions, such as production scheduling, batch dispatching, quality control, and operator training. Your expertise in UI/UX design will be crucial to represent and record machine-generated results effectively. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate experience with PLC, SCADA, MES programming, HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
