Associate Principal - Software Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong passion for technology and a successful track record in the IT industry to join our team as an Associate Principal - Software Engineering. With a minimum of 11-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Power Platform, you will play a crucial role in leading our Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE). Your responsibilities will include defining the vision, roadmap, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot, and Power Pages. You will provide technical oversight and guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to talent strategy by nurturing internal talent pools. Additionally, you will establish best practices, mentor technology leaders, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Experience in handling Large RFPs, Proposal tools, Accelerators, Azure DevOps, and CICD Pipelines would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of Power Platform Architecture Governance, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Power Platform tools.
