Associate - Packing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for line clearance activity before commencing the operations. It is important for you to follow the cGMP, Good Document Practice, and maintain discipline in the department. You should inform the concern supervisor immediately of any observation or disturbance with respect to documents and machines found during visual inspection in the Packing area. Additionally, you will be in charge of following the preventive maintenance schedule of machines, attending training as per schedule, and ensuring the training as per TNI. Your duties will also include all packing related activities, cleaning and sanitization of visual inspection and Packing area, operating the machines, and working as per standard operating procedures of the sterile manufacturing department. Key Responsibilities: - Perform line clearance activity before commencing operations - Follow cGMP, Good Document Practice, and maintain discipline in the department - Inform supervisor of any observation or disturbance during visual inspection in the Packing area - Follow preventive maintenance schedule of machines - Attend training as per schedule and ensure compliance with TNI - Carry out all packing related activities - Clean and sanitize the visual inspection and Packing area - Operate machines - Adhere to standard operating procedures of the sterile manufacturing department Qualifications Required: - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Troubleshooting & Minor Maintenance skills - Cleaning & Line Clearance experience - ITI / Diploma / B.
