Associate- Multimedia Specialist

As an Associate Multimedia Specialist at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for ideating and delivering best-in-class creatives that align with the EY brand and business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to strategically and tactically render creative concepts into effective collaterals. Your keen understanding of design principles and aesthetics will enable you to deliver compelling and inspiring creative solutions to customers while adhering to brand specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and produce multimedia collaterals, including motion graphic content for various platforms - Communicate effectively with customers, understand design briefs, and share innovative ideas - Provide unique and effective design concepts that meet and exceed defined expectations - Adhere to EY brand standards and stay updated with the latest design trends - Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - User-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach - Proficiency in creating high-end visual animations, explainer videos, and animated content for different platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stay abreast of current and future visual trends **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree/College diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline - Proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop with strong motion graphics animation capability - 1-4 years of relevant experience **Additional Details:** EY GDS is a dynamic and truly global delivery network operating across six locations worldwide.
