Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate - Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a design generalist who can work across digital, product, and marketing projects, with hands-on expertise in AI-based design tools. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoy experimenting with new tools, and can translate ideas into impactful visuals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design marketing assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, and social media creatives.
Create compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for product and web projects.
Leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance design output.
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while ensuring design quality and originality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, tech) to translate requirements into visual assets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

1 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related fields.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL E, Runway, Sora or similar).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Nice To Have:

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and print collaterals
Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS)
Prior experience in tech/startup environments
