You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture to apply for this position. As an Architect at Morphogenesis, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with project managers and consultants to ensure the successful design, execution, and sustainability of projects. You will need to have a clear understanding of the Firm's Design Philosophy and guide the team to adhere to it. It is essential to stay updated with global design standards and technological advancements by referring to various sources and guiding the team effectively. You will be responsible for project cost estimates, calculations, and ensuring that the team stays within financial budgets and deadlines. Innovative thinking will be required to resolve technical and design challenges that may arise during projects. Additionally, you will review drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks to maintain quality control over all architectural elements. Creating and maintaining project manuals and specifications will also be part of your role. Regularly contributing to Design Reviews, conducting on-site observations, and assisting in organizing CPD workshops are key aspects of the position. You will also be involved in client presentations, project acquisition, and supporting the growth and wellness of subordinates. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. You should have 8 years of relevant design experience across various typologies. Strong design conceptualization and execution skills are necessary, along with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other advanced tools. Familiarity with architectural standards, sustainability standards like GRIHA, LEED, ECBC, and WELL, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work collaboratively with teams, and comply with Morphogenesis procedures and standards is expected.
