Associate Manufacturing

You will be responsible for following the preventive maintenance schedule of machines in the designated area. It is important to check the UAF (User Air Flow) working in the area regularly. In case of any observation or disturbance related to documents or machines in the area, you must promptly inform the concerned supervisor. Your duties will also include filling out logs, BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), and other documents in the area following the standard operating procedures (SOP) and work execution guidelines. Operating machines and vessels as per SOP, cleaning, and sanitizing the area, and performing line clearance activities before operations are crucial aspects of this role. You will be specifically responsible for tasks such as Vial washing, Aseptic vial filling, Aseptic bag filling, autoclave and compounding, vial washing, and dehydrogenation tunnel operations in the area. Key Skills required for this position include performing CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place/Sterilize-in-Place) and manual cleaning as per SOPs, basic maintenance, lubrication, understanding equipment validation, and calibration processes. The ideal candidate should have completed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) / Diploma / B.Sc in a relevant field to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this role.,
