Associate Manager - Go To Market Analysis

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Functional Analyst to join our Commercial Go-to-Market team. This role focuses on driving the implementation and adoption of Power BI reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making in commercial operations. While the role is primarily functional, the candidate must possess strong SQL knowledge, analytical skills, experience with data integration, and a solid understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including delta loads and data management processes, to effectively collaborate with technical teams and deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering.
• Collaborate with commercial go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.) to understand and translate business needs into Power BI reporting requirements.
• Conduct user interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure dashboards meet business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users to address reporting needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in a functional or business analyst role, preferably in commercial go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, or customer success).
• Proven experience driving Power BI or similar BI tool implementations in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience with data integration processes and working with enterprise data warehousing systems.
• Familiarity with delta loads, ETL/ELT processes, and incremental data updates in a data warehousing context.
