Position Overview

Associate Creative Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creative development for My11Circles marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual stories, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Create and manage digital assets including banners, push notifications, in-app creatives, landing pages and other merchandise for IPL session.
• Partner with content strategists, copywriters, performance marketing teams, and product stakeholders to build performance-oriented designs.
• Collaborate with motion designers and video editors to create multimedia content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and in-app promotions.
• Present concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders with strategic reasoning.
• Mentor junior designers, ensuring quality output while fostering a culture of creativity and learning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and competitive landscape in gaming and sports tech.

What We&aposre Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing creatives, or branding
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital platforms, campaigns, and product-driven experiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma is a plus.
• A solid understanding of design principles, user experience, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and storytelling skills with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for sports, gaming, and/or digital entertainment is a big plus.
• Good knowledge of celebrity photoshoot direction and management is a plus.
