Associate Manager, D&Ai Data Operations

As an Associate Manager, Data Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growing data organization by maintaining data pipelines on Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring data governance, reliability, and performance optimization, contributing to DataOps initiatives aligned with business objectives and enterprise data strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines, supporting data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and storage workflows. - Ensure seamless batch, real-time, and streaming data processing while contributing to DataOps automation efforts. - Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, CloudOps, and Business Intelligence teams for data-driven decision-making. - Align DataOps practices with regulatory and security requirements, supporting data operations and sustainment activities for global products and projects. - Engage with SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure data platform capabilities align with business needs, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, and support incident response and root cause analysis. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of technology work experience in a large-scale global organization, preferably in the CPG industry. - 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics roles with hands-on expertise in data operations and governance. - Experience in cross-functional IT organizations, lead or senior support roles, strong communication skills, analytical abilities, customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment. - Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, operational excellence in high-availability data environments, collaboration across teams, data management concepts, and execution and organizational skills. - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining next-generation Data & Analytics platforms, promoting a high-performing DataOps culture, and supporting Data & Analytics technology transformations for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure automation for proactive issue identification and resolution, and align DataOps practices with regulatory and security requirements will be crucial for the success of the organization.,
