Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate at Mirae Legal. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing client relationships, and supporting the team with transactional work.

Qualifications

• PQE 1-3 years
• Experience in M&A and banking matters
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Familiarity and experience with AI and advanced technologies in legal practice would be a plus
• Prior experience in a corporate law firm is advantageous
