ASSOCIATE- LITIGATION PRACTICE

Role Overview: As an associate at Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys, you will be joining the litigation practice team. We are seeking motivated lawyers with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation. The ideal candidate should possess good drafting and oratorial skills. Your role will involve practicing before IP Divisions of courts across India, with a specific focus on the Delhi High Court. It is important to maintain a positive attitude towards work and demonstrate a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Representing clients in IP litigation matters - Drafting legal documents and submissions - Conducting research on IP laws and precedents - Appearing before IP Divisions of courts across India, especially the Delhi High Court - Collaborating with the team to strategize and execute legal proceedings effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation - Strong drafting and oratorial skills - Experience practicing before IP Divisions of courts in India, particularly the Delhi High Court - Positive attitude towards work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Please note that the office is located in NOIDA and the work is primarily conducted from the office premises.
