Senior Associate for Trademarks & Copyright

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience for our Trademarks & Copyright team! The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in advising and acting for clients on trademark prosecution, opposition/ cancellation and enforcement matters, and handling day-to-day client deliverables fairly independently, preferably at an IP law firm. Experience with the lifecycle of a trade mark application is a must and experience with copyright prosecution would be a plus. The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills and the ability to supervise and mentor a team of associates and paralegals. It is also essential that the candidate have experience with review of documents and opinions and juggling multiple matters in a fast-paced and highly engaging work environment.
