Associate Level - Loan Admin

As an Associate or Senior Associate in the Operations department at The Apex Group in Pune or Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new loan servicing business within Apex Fund Services. Your role will involve working closely with the Middle Office Manager to establish processes and build a global team, contributing to the growth and success of the department from the ground up. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing asset administration tasks such as asset setup, maintenance, and reconciliation - Collaborating with third-party brokers, custodians, and agents - Processing agent notices and corporate actions - Conducting cash and position reconciliation, addressing aged breaks and discrepancies - Supporting the Middle Office Manager by assigning duties, delegating work, and providing training - Preparing and issuing reports required by internal teams - Assisting with any other duties assigned by Management To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a degree in Accounting/Finance or a relevant field - Have at least 4 years of experience in loan administration operations - Possess extensive knowledge of CLOs, CDOs, and Credit Funds - Understand various security types such as Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, Bonds, Equities, Futures, and more - Be familiar with trade lifecycle and settlements including DTCC & Euroclear - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with experience in Solvas (CDO-Suite) - Have experience with the Solvas tool, which is a must The Apex Group, established in Bermuda in 2003, is a leading fund administration and middle office solutions provider with a global presence.
