Associate - Level 2 - JAVA

As an Associate at RMgX Technologies, you will be responsible for developing Java-based applications, building and consuming REST APIs, implementing business requirements, collaborating with team members, working on databases, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, as well as learning and applying modern frameworks and tools for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. - Build and consume REST APIs with a focus on performance and scalability. - Implement business requirements into working code with proper documentation. - Collaborate with team members to design, debug, and optimize code. - Work on databases (MySQL/Oracle) for data integration and queries. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. - Learn and apply modern frameworks and tools for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Skills, Abilities & Knowledge: - Proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 and above) and OOPS concepts. - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs. - Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery. - Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts with MySQL/Oracle. - Familiarity with Maven, Git, JUnit, and debugging tools. - Good problem-solving, logical thinking, and ability to work under guidance as well as independently. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. In your 13 years of professional experience in Java application development, you should have strong hands-on experience in Java 8 and above, exposure to Spring Boot, RESTful services, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA), experience in writing unit tests and debugging applications, as well as having worked on small to medium-scale projects with Agile methodologies.
