Associate- Legal product Advisory and Contracts

As a member of the Legal Team in the General Corporate and Product Advisory department at moneyview, your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance to the business teams on the legal and regulatory framework applicable to both existing and new products. - Offering advice on regulatory landscapes within the BFSI sector, focusing on data protection, privacy, and information security. - Creating and maintaining standard form contracts used with customers and updating policies such as terms and conditions, privacy policy, and general terms of use. - Handling various general corporate commercial issues for the moneyview group. - Managing internal stakeholders, engaging in negotiations with external stakeholders, and collaborating effectively with consultants, advisors, and external counsel on multiple projects. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a law degree from a recognized and well-ranked university. - Possess 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. - Have a background in legal drafting, research, and negotiating commercial contracts. - Demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. - Preferred experience includes working at a corporate law firm and/or serving as in-house counsel in a fintech environment. - Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in various situations.
