Associate Lead Consultant- SAP ABAP

We are currently seeking SAP ABAP Professionals with the following qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in HANA ABAP/ABAP Objects, Dialog programming, User-exits, BADI, Smart Forms, ALV, RFCs, and other SAP development tools. - Strong knowledge of best practices in ABAP programming. - Proficiency in ABAP - Reports, OData, Interface (BAPI, RFC, ALEIDOC), Conversions - BDCS, Enhancements - BADI, Implicit/explicit enhancements, Forms - Adobe forms, and CDS Views + Fiori. - Ability to translate functional specifications into SAP ABAP technical specifications, with hands-on experience in ABAP HANA and FIORI. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills, self-direction, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Commitment to customer service excellence and a proactive approach to process improvement. - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
