Role Overview: As an Associate L1 at Wipro Limited, your primary responsibility will be to professionally handle incoming calls from customers and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. You will be expected to demonstrate patience in all customer interactions, maintain a pleasant and professional tone, and listen attentively to customer needs and concerns. Your role will also involve maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, offering additional products and services as needed, preparing complete and accurate work, and tracking information in the call tracking database. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participating in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
