Job Title: Associate IP Consultant
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office

Purpose of the Job:

The primary task of this role is preparing responses to Examination reports of various jurisdictions.

Main Accountabilities:

• Drafting responses to the objections raised by the Patent Offices
  
• Understanding technical disclosures across technical domains
  
• Conducting technical research and establishing a comprehensive understanding of a range of subject areas
  
• Develop Europe, US, UK, and Indian patent prosecution skills
  
• Perform other tasks or participate in other projects as required

Interfaces:

• To work closely with the attorneys and inventors based in US/Europe/India
  
• To interact occasionally with external consultants
  
• To handle any other reasonable task as specified by management/ manager
