Job Description

Role Overview: As a Training Instructional Designer at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, your primary responsibility will be creating custom training deliverables for field audiences to support new programs, system processes, technology releases, and firm initiatives. The main focus is to provide an innovative personalized learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Translate business requirements into AEM deliverables - Create AEM templates and associated documentation - Develop graphics, infographics, and iconography in Adobe Photoshop - Produce short videos in Adobe After Effects with custom animations and content - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design effective training content - Participate in training design and development for the Morgan Stanley field - Contribute to Firm-wide projects improving training processes and system infrastructure - Train additional individuals as backups on the Morgan Stanley LMS process Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience - 5+ years of industry experience preferred - Intermediate experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, Rehearsal) - Beginner to Intermediate experience with Agile development and rapid prototyping - Intermediate to expert ability in Adobe Experience Manager design and development - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills - Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships - Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail - Visual design acumen or prior graphic design experience is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-priority projects - Intermediate skills in XR (AR/VR), Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint Morgan Stanley fosters a culture of inclusion by recruiting, developing, and advancing individuals based on their skills and talents.
