Associate-Infrastructure

As an Associate-Infrastructure at our dynamic IT team in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the management and maintenance of network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal functionality. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT assets. - Collaborate with team members to design and implement infrastructure improvements. - Participate in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software. - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures. - Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Provide technical support to end-users as needed. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of network administration and server management. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Experience with virtualization technologies. - Understanding of IT security principles and best practices. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Basic scripting and automation capabilities. - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus. - Willingness to work flexible hours as required for system maintenance and upgrades.
