Job Description

Role Overview: As an Asset Management Consultant, your role involves independently handling ticket closures, generating and maintaining reports, and providing asset management consultancy to customers. You will also be responsible for guiding A1 and A2 resources to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities: - Provide asset management consultancy for optimum software license usage and best practices to UST employees - Support Software Catalogue Management and Maintenance including Freeware, Commercial, and Server Software, and periodic removal/archival of obsolete software to keep systems up to date - Manage and maintain software listed in Self-Service Portal (SCCM deployment) Isolve, etc. - Customize and schedule reports from Service Now and Snow for analysis purposes - Analyze software usage reports from various publisher portals and work with corresponding SPOCs to fix under-usage or over-usage issues - Coordinate with team members to maintain accurate systems coverage in Snow - Manage Software License/Contract Allocation in Snow - Mentor A1 and A2 band employees Qualifications Required: - Ability to understand, prioritize, and escalate tasks to resolve issues quickly and make decisions promptly - Strong Excel and Dashboard skills - A desire for continuous learning and skill development - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both highly technical and non-technical environments - Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, result delivery-oriented, and analytical thinking - Self-motivated and enthusiastic - Ability to work in a team environment and with other teams - Great problem-solving skills with the ability to coach others to do the same Company Details: Additional Comments: The position is for 282978 Ranjusha Raveendran - FTE Extension Please let me know if you need any further information.,
