Associate II - Semiconductor Product Validation

Role Overview: As a Validation Associate at UST, your role will involve executing manual test cases accurately using basic automation scripting, performing defect triaging and failure isolation under supervision. You will also be responsible for executing manual validation, triaging defects, completing the test grid, locating and executing "out of box" scenarios, performing issue replication regression and isolation, as well as reporting product failures in the test repository and bug tracker. Additionally, you will be required to learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account. Key Responsibilities: - Execute manual validation - Perform defect triaging - Complete the test grid and locate/execute "out of box" scenarios - Perform issue replication regression and isolation - Locate product failures and report them in the test repository and bug tracker Qualifications Required: - Basic automation scripting skill - Ability to identify severity and priority of raised sightings - Proficiency in computer hardware and components operation - Experience working with Windows OS flavors and installation - Familiarity with BIOS drivers and various display protocols - Capability to evaluate test results against product specifications - Skill in estimating effort time required for own work and for junior engineers - Ability to perform and evaluate tests in the customer or target environment - Strong teamwork skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Good analytical skills for defect triaging About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with a mission to make a real impact through transformation.
