Job Description

A Voice Associate should be able to effectively and efficiently handle customer support calls following the SOPs to resolve issues or escalate as required in alignment with SLAs. A Data Associate should process transactions assigned in a timely manner with maintained quality and accuracy as per SLAs. The Associate should manage SLAs specified by the client to ensure 100% adherence to quality, productivity, and schedule. They should analyze, enter, and verify data following SOPs, handle customer calls, responses, and updates, be aware of client updates, and assist team members as needed. The Associate should handle higher complexity tasks, analyze processes for automation ideas, and ensure process compliance. Key outcomes include 100% adherence to quality standards, turnaround time, training requirements, process and standards adherence, SLAs, tasks completion, compliance with SOPs, production readiness of new joiners, and zero client escalations. The Associate should process data and calls efficiently, maintain quality, create reports, improve productivity, resolve issues, provide training, escalate problems, manage knowledge, communicate effectively, collaborate with teams, and adhere to processes. Skills required include customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, clear communication, typing speed, analytical ability, SOP adherence, willingness to learn, knowledge of operating systems, English proficiency, domain knowledge, and experience of 2 to 5 years. The primary responsibilities of the role include managing end-to-end setup, maintenance, and closure of mandates, portfolios, agreements, and related accounts. Key responsibilities involve client system setup, maintenance, and closure, static data amendments, fund management, trade reporting, account setup, KYC queries, and fund implementation. The Associate should efficiently manage tasks, verify data, maintain accuracy, have attention to detail, understand operational risks, and be proficient in Excel. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, understand operational risks, and have proficiency in Excel.,
