As a Technical Lead at Skitii, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers to develop and deploy Emotion AI solutions. Your expertise in Computer Vision, AI, and Full Stack Development will be crucial in optimizing our AI models, scaling our infrastructure, and creating efficient development processes. By integrating Emotion AI solutions with other platforms, you will ensure seamless functionality across education and workplace environments, ultimately driving real-world impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of engineers to develop and deploy Emotion AI solutions. - Improve and optimize our AI models and tech stack, including React.js, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS services (EC2, App Runner, Docker). - Create and implement efficient processes to enhance development speed, scalability, and reliability. - Integrate Emotion AI solutions with other platforms, ensuring seamless functionality across education and workplace environments. - Stay ahead of AI advancements and bring innovative solutions to improve model accuracy and system performance. - Define the technology roadmap in collaboration with leadership to align with business goals. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development (React.js, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB). - Strong expertise in Computer Vision and AI (Emotion AI, Facial Recognition, Object Detection). - Experience with AWS services (EC2, App Runner, Docker). - Proven ability to lead development teams, manage projects, and drive results. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
