This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of HR experience. You ll play a key role in supporting core HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. Support employee onboarding, including documentation, induction sessions, and orientation logistics. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees. Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance procedures. Help monitor attendance and leave management Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities. Support the performance review process by collecting data and assisting in documentation. Address routine employee queries and escalate complex issues to HR Managers. Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices under guidance of senior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Internship or 0 2 years of experience in HR or similar administrative roles preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools (preferred) Highly organized with attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
