Execute
scheduled and breakdown maintenance
of manufacturing and packaging equipment with proper documentation.
PLC Programming
and troubleshooting hands-on experience is essential.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment like
tube filling machines
,
encapsulation & soft gel machines
,
tablet presses
, and
capsule filling lines
.
Read and interpret
P&IDs
,
datasheets
,
electrical & instrumentation wiring diagrams
.
Work with
induction motors
,
servo motors
, and
stepper motors
for machine operations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
VFDs
,
servo drives
, and
conventional starters
.
Maintain and calibrate
control valves
,
ON/OFF valves
, especially in
PID loop control
systems.
Operate and troubleshoot
UV
and
inkjet printers
used for product coding.
Possess basic instrumentation knowledge of
transmitters
,
sensors
, and
measuring devices
.
Ensure strict compliance with
GMP
,
GDP
, and
safety policies
as per company standards.
