Role Overview: As an Associate Director - GenAI Architect at EY, you will be responsible for leading and designing advanced AI architectures to drive strategic business outcomes. Your role will involve a deep understanding of data management, application development, AI technologies, cloud solutions, and user interface design. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver robust and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Architectural Design: Develop and oversee data architectures and application frameworks supporting AI initiatives. Ensure seamless integration of data and applications with existing systems for efficient solutions. - AI Solutions: Design and implement AI-driven models and solutions utilizing machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies to address complex business challenges. - Cloud Integration: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions for AI applications. Collaborate with cloud providers and internal teams to optimize cloud infrastructure. - User Interface Design: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create user-friendly interfaces for AI solutions, ensuring an exceptional user experience. - Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of architects and engineers, offering guidance and support in AI solution development. Align technical strategies with business goals through collaboration with stakeholders. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement architectural strategies and roadmaps in line with the company's vision and technological advancements. - Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM): Define and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions in collaboration with onsite teams and senior architects. Provide architectural insights aligned with client needs for successful solution development. - Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and implement best practices in AI architecture and implementation. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 18+ years of experience in a senior architectural role focusing on AI, data management, application development, and cloud technologies.
