Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, engineering managers, and technical leads to achieve product goals.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the companyu2019s business objectives and product roadmap.
• Partner closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Ensure that engineering teams have a clear understanding of product requirements, timelines, and business context.
• Developing platforms and managing enterprise-level data lake strategies and experiences.

Product Development & Delivery

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of software products, from initial concept to production release and beyond.
• Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software, ensuring high quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Promote best practices in agile development, code quality, continuous integration, and DevOps.
• Prioritize features and technical initiatives based on business needs, engineering capacity, and technical debt considerations.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams, ensuring high standards of software architecture, design, and coding.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve the product and engineering processes.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence within the engineering organization.
• Make strategic decisions on technology stacks, architecture, and tools to optimize product development.
• Ability to influence change at all levels up to and including AVP (M4) and IO (M5) level.

Team Development & Culture

• Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent, fostering an inclusive and diverse engineering culture.
• Develop a high-performance engineering team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the engineering team within the organization, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Required Skills:

• In depth knowledge on AWS services, technologies like React.Js, Node.JS, Python, Angular, Micro Services, Distributed programming.
• Proven expertise in design and execution of initiatives using Gen AI, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Proven experience in leading product development within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, and modern software development practices.
• Possess a positive and energetic attitude to move the business forward.
• Strong self-management and ability to work in ambiguity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of Data Ops, AIML Ops, and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge as a Data Strategist/Architect to establish large-scale data platforms.
• Knowledge in Data Management, including ETL, Ingestion, Big Data, Azure Delta Lake, and Cloud Migration.
• Implementation of Data Governance and Quality measures.
