Job Description

As an Associate Director, Customer Success at PubMatic, you will be responsible for overseeing a team supporting MidMarket accounts for the US region. Your role involves managing a team of Team Leads and Customer Success Operations Managers to ensure the success of US medium to long-tail publisher business. You will play a crucial role in managing omnichannel supply, fostering partnerships with publishers, optimizing account performance, running data analysis, and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a large team of direct reports, including ongoing development, recruitment, hiring, and training. - Oversee relationship management of publisher accounts to ensure excellent service and achieve revenue targets. - Act as the primary technical escalation point for the team, handling new publisher onboarding, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting. - Collaborate with internal teams to find additional opportunities and assist in upselling. - Ensure Salesforce hygiene and reporting for teams" publisher accounts, customer data, Opportunity pipeline, Case workflow, and publisher performance & revenue data. We'd Love for You to Have: - Previous management experience in programmatic ad tech. - Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the digital advertising industry. - Knowledge of Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, SSP & DSP ecosystem, Prebid, and other header bidding wrappers. - Experience in video, mobile app/SDK, ad quality/brand safety, inventory quality, PMP, oRTB, ad tags. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking abilities, and project management skills. - Ability to present clear project plans and communicate effectively with teams. - Proficiency in debugging tools like Charles, Fiddler, and Firebug, etc. - Flexible working hours to accommodate global teams. Qualifications: - BCA/B.Tech/B.E./MCA graduation degree or equivalent from a well-known institute/university.
