Associate Director - Category & Growth

As a candidate for this role, your main responsibility will involve managing the life cycle of new launches and active management of the replen business, accounting for over 70% of the total business. You will be required to ensure code-level discoverability, consideration, and conversion for the brand online by collaborating closely with various teams including design, sourcing, marketing, marketplaces, product/tech, and brand founders. Your duties will also include analyzing ROS/aging/DOC and implementing appropriate strategies for inwards and pricing to ensure the brand's inventory positioning is optimal. Supporting the creation of detailed bottom-up monthly/quarterly/annual planning and ensuring the right execution on business metrics to achieve GMV, Inventory-DOC, and Bottomline targets for the brand are essential aspects of this role. Collaboration with marketing counterparts to plan style-level visibility and ensure STR aligns with the overall plan will be part of your responsibilities. Working with design and marketplaces to finalize designs that can sell at healthy Gross Margins, studying digital fashion trends, and partnering with others to create relevant merchandise direction are also key tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong data orientation. Previous experience in inventory planning and pricing would be advantageous, especially in a high-width environment such as Beauty/Fashion.
