Associate Director-Application Development

You will be working as an Associate Director for a global IT services and consulting company based in Chennai. The company specializes in providing solutions for the telecommunications industry and is recognized as one of the largest Telecom Native Regional Provider companies globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Requirement Gathering with an end-to-end understanding of the functional flow of systems and acting as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Understanding Architecture & Design with knowledge of data model, design patterns, and architectural patterns. - Demonstrating knowledge of solution design across various components and understanding reusability design pros and cons. - Defining best practices in Coding & Testing, creating a knowledge base, and promoting the usage of tools for code reviews and debugging. - Managing Incident and Problem Management processes by reviewing team deliverables, ticket classifications, and suggesting improvements for support processes. - Leading Project & Team Management by creating estimations, resource planning, scheduling, and reviewing project plans for all projects in the portfolio. - Identifying opportunities for proactive pitches and demonstrating Domain Knowledge with Financial Acumen to derive insights from financial information through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12-15 years of work experience in Application Development, preferably in a multi-channel delivery project. - Technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies, C++, C#, SQL, WebAPI, WCF, ADO.Net, and software development processes (Azure DevOps, Git, etc.). - Strong customer service orientation, initiative, and the ability to develop others" capabilities.
