As a Tech & AI Lead Associate Director at EY, you will be part of the Global Analytics team, working in a small, agile analytics team within Global Finance serving teams across EY. Your role will involve leading as the Tech & AI Lead, responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to leverage AI to provide actionable insights across EY. You will utilize your knowledge of AI and experience in a wide range of tools and technologies to create efficient and scalable solutions across all operations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the analytics team effectively utilizes the latest GenAI models and technologies, reviewing the tech stack, proposing alternatives where necessary, and enhancing the use of AI to improve operational processes. You will lead projects that provide innovative, data-driven perspectives on key business questions, assisting in developing narratives to guide investments across the organization. In this role, you will gather requirements from key business stakeholders, develop innovative solutions, lead global project teams, provide technical direction, and create compelling deliverables to communicate key insights and recommendations to senior audiences. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues and peers in their technical development through training sessions and knowledge sharing. To qualify for this role, you must hold a strong academic record with a PhD or Masters degree in Machine Learning & AI, along with leading knowledge and experience in applying emerging GenAI models & tech. You should have demonstrable experience in relevant technical roles, including data insight/analytics roles, extensive experience across the software development life cycle, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience in decision-making models for better business decisions. Ideally, you will also have experience in automation, data visualization applications, statistical modeling, handling missing data, building interactive dashboards, working in an agile environment, and strategy functions.
