As an analyst/developer at Lennox, your role involves participating in the analysis, design, and implementation of computer-based information systems to meet design specifications. Your duties will include: - Investigating standard system applications - Assisting in the analysis of system specifications and program coding - Translating detailed design specifications into computer program instructions - Debugging routine programs - Preparing systems test data and program documentation - Modifying, maintaining, and updating existing programs of a standard nature - Coordinating with system users to determine final objectives, desired reports, historical data to be preserved, data sources, and more - Reviewing the potential application of computer programs to user needs - Preparing feasibility studies to evaluate requirements for new or revised programs - Participating in the preparation of detailed systems design specifications - Preparing block diagrams, overall flow charts, statements of program objectives, and associated documentation Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Familiarity with role-specific knowledge of programming languages - Knowledge of testing and debugging procedures - Ability to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality - Clear written and verbal communication in a technical context At Lennox, you will be joining a global community that values each team member's contributions and offers a supportive environment for career development.
