Associate Dentist

Smile Sure Dental Clinic is a growing solo practice with a strong focus on quality care, patient trust, and community connection. We’re now expanding and looking for a motivated general dentist to join our setup and grow with us.

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform general dental procedures (scaling, restorations, RCTs, extractions, etc.)

• Build rapport with patients and ensure a great experience
• Maintain clinical hygiene and patient records
• Assist in treatment planning and patient education
• Contribute to the clinic’s growth and reputation

Requirements:

BDS degree from a recognized institution

• Minimum [0–2] years of clinical experience (freshers may apply if confident)
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership
• Ability to work independently when required

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

• Experience with pediatric patients, basic ortho, or cosmetic dentistry
• Local candidate or willing to relocate nearby
• Social media-friendly mindset for clinic promotions (optional)
