Associate Delivery Head - IT Security

You are an experienced IT-Security leader with 14-18 years of work experience, well-versed in IT Security, Team Management, and IT Security Policies. Colruyt Group is seeking a competent individual to fulfill the role of Team Manager, responsible for managing IT delivery, quality realization, and dependency across projects. You will work closely with the program core team to ensure the translation of program strategy into IT realization, estimates, planning, and tracking of the realization phase, and securing project resources by coordinating with resource pool managers/vendors. As a Team Manager, you will apply your significant knowledge of industry trends to improve team services, create and execute development plans, and make efficient team-level decisions. Your leadership skills will be crucial in organizing and optimizing the team, considering organizational values, and leading employees to meet productivity and quality expectations. You will also be responsible for people management, coaching, and fostering personal development within your team. Your technical expertise should include IT Security governance, Risk Management & Compliance, project handling in cybersecurity, and experience in secure software lifecycle development practices. Certification in security domains such as ISO27001/2, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or COBIT would be advantageous. Effective communication and collaboration with other teams, identifying and resolving problems, and implementing quality improvements are essential aspects of your role.,
