Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Architect with expertise in SQL, T-SQL, and Data Modeling, your role will involve designing and reviewing scalable, high-performance, and compliant data architectures. You will identify opportunities for optimization in complex data projects and conduct technical audits to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include developing logical and physical data models, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical leadership to a team of data engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Design and review scalable, high-performance, and compliant data architectures - Identify opportunities for cost, time, and asset utilization optimization in complex data projects - Conduct technical audits and data architecture reviews to enhance efficiency and quality - Develop and maintain logical and physical data models across diverse business use cases - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze gaps, trade-offs, and dependencies - Lead and manage a team of 15 data engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery - Work closely with business owners, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements - Define technology roadmaps and drive data architecture strategy across programs - Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and internal technical discussions - Leverage scripting to automate and optimize data management processes - Work with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deploy, optimize, and scale data solutions Qualification Required: - 12+ years of IT experience as a Data Engineer / Database Programmer, with 3+ years as a Data Architect - 3+ years of experience in data modeling and database design - Expert-level proficiency in SQL and T-SQL - Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects and lead large technical teams - Deep understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks - Experience defining and implementing non-functional requirements (NFRs) and system architecture - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional details of the company: Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
