Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with all loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA & TRID concepts.
- Prepare Initial Closing disclosure.
- Updating loan information and closing related fees in Client applications.
- Review specific information entered in Client applications for accuracy of Loan Officer Notes, Borrower information, vesting information, check fees, Escrows, Appraisal, HOI, Tax, Title, Payoff, VOE, VOM, UW loans approval, Bank statements, Loan Estimate, Lender Credits, Cash to Close and TRID adjustments.
- Updating all closing fee’s, adjust TRID Tolerance, Cash to Close and apply the lender credits as per client, adjust the loan amount and submitting to underwriter for final approval.
- Validating the Escrows and Payoff information, escrow shortages for underwriter final approval.
- Verifying Tax, HOI and Flood Information.
- Verifying escrow information on the loan.
- Calculating payoff information as per closing and funding dates and update the required information in Client applications.
- Verifying the settlement fees of Loan estimate with Closing disclosure.
- Review Cash to Close and TRID.
- Disclosing the initial Closing disclosure to the borrower through mailbox, e sign, and Docutech rules.
- Closely monitor individual Pipeline and Workload.
- Completing the given targets as per clients’ requirements with 100% Quality.
Qualification & Experience:
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education).
- Prior experience in US mortgage in Processing Support role (1-4 years of experience).
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and conducting Internet research.
