Job Description

As the Associate Creative Director Design (B2B Brands), you will be the strategic design leader across key business units, driving visual storytelling and elevating design outcomes for some of the most transformative B2B brands. You will work closely with our content, strategy, and business marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and brand systems that reflect both client ambitions and the agency's creative excellence. Set the Creative Vision in B2B Define and drive the creative vision across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency, originality, and business alignment. Translate business and marketing goals into compelling design systems and brand expressions. Act as the ultimate quality gatekeeper and creative champion for all design output. Stay on top of global design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh thinking to the table. Delivery & Operational Excellence Own the creative pipeline, manage bandwidth, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with the resourcing and operations team to hire, train, and deploy the right talent to the right account. Drive high team utilization without compromising creative quality or team well-being. Creative Excellence & Quality Control Lead by example and institutionalize a culture of zero-rework by setting up strong briefing and review processes. Champion award-winning, client-celebrated work that not only looks great but performs. Proactively collect client feedback and showcase impact. Innovation & Strategic Design Thinking Identify whitespace opportunities within client engagements to drive value through design. Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and design ops tools that enhance delivery and creativity. Push the envelope of what's possible within a B2B design framework. People Leadership & Growth Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of art directors, visual designers, and motion designers. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning. Recognize and reward top talent, while making tough calls when needed. Build a strong second line of leadership to scale and sustain creative excellence. Collaboration & Communication Act as a bridge between design, content, and client services teams. Effectively communicate design rationale and strategic direction to internal teams and clients. Lead client presentations and pitches from a design standpoint. Who You Are A design leader with a strong portfolio in branding, digital, campaign, and motion across B2B or tech-focused industries. Deep understanding of design thinking, user experience, and brand storytelling. A natural mentor who can inspire teams and lead by example. A curious thinker who embraces change, thrives in chaos, and sees every challenge as an opportunity. A strategic thinker with hands-on design sensibility and business acumen. Preferred Skills & Tools Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and design collaboration tools. Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools, motion graphics, and brand systems. Familiarity with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration in a digital-first environment.,
