Associate (Corporate Advisory)

Role Overview: As an Associate in Corporate Advisory on a contract basis, your main responsibilities will include undertaking credit/project appraisals, business valuation, and providing financial consultancy. You will be responsible for preparing financial models and appraisal reports, making presentations to clients, and participating in business development meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake credit/project appraisals, business valuation, and financial consultancy. - Prepare financial models and appraisal reports. - Make presentations to clients. - Participate in business development meetings. Qualification Required: - MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA. - Experience of minimum 3 years in any Bank, FI, or Consultancy Firms. - Proficiency in financial modeling, financial appraisal/due diligence, and business valuation.
