Job Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, below are the responsibilities:

Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement

Technical Experience:

1) Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution

2) Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
