SAP FI Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering: Assist senior consultants in collecting and analyzing business requirements for financial processes.
• Configuration support: Perform basic configuration of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting).
• Testing: Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for SAP FI functionalities.
• Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• End?user support: Provide first?level support for SAP FI issues and escalate complex problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross?functional teams (MM, SD, CO) to ensure seamless integration.
• Continuous learning: Stay updated on SAP FI best practices and new releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or IT.
• SAP knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP FI modules and financial processes.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with stakeholders.
• Problem?solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Team player: Willingness to collaborate and learn from senior consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in FI or related modules.
• Internship/experience in SAP implementation or support projects.
• Knowledge of integration with CO, MM, and SD modules.
• Understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable/receivable, asset management, and bank reconciliation.
