Associate Consultant, Real World Analytics

As an Associate Consultant in Real World Analytics at IQVIA, your role involves performing, managing, and coordinating data analysis activities using IQVIA Connected Intelligence Real-World Data and clinical data assets across multiple R&D projects. You will work closely with Therapeutic Analytic Leads to support initiatives and ensure consistency in the use of data, tools, and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize IQVIA Connected-Intelligence datasets to develop and refine clinical trial strategies pre- and post-award. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on data analytics requirements, capabilities, and deliverables. - Lead the methodology and execution of analytics such as country evaluation, competitive landscape, recruitment trends, and patient density. - Generate patient insights using real-world data to support effective site targeting. - Coordinate the collection and analysis of site outreach data to inform country and site strategy. - Support strategic decision-making throughout clinical trial planning and execution using data-driven insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, clinical research, or consulting within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. - Proficiency in handling large datasets such as medical claims, prescriptions, EMRs/EHRs, or similar healthcare data sources. - Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and healthcare market, including drug development processes. - Preferred experience working with global teams and using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, Spark) and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
