Your role will involve talent analytics, adhoc data analysis to address business problems, and the application of SQL, SAS, Python, and various modeling techniques. You must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and be prepared to tackle challenging tasks. Your ability to understand cross-cultural differences and collaborate with global clients will be crucial in this role.
