Job Description

As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will support and monitor daily planning activities and KPIs in GBS and assist in Supply Chain Integration in offshored planning processes. Your role will involve creating and maintaining production plans and purchase plans, as well as evaluating and maintaining planning-relevant master data. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning performance reporting, handling orders from affiliate/regional offices, and providing support to the onshore team with planning reports and ad hoc analysis. - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field from a well-recognized institute - Have 4-7 years of experience in production planning and support functions - Possess good knowledge of production planning and purchase processes - Ability to work on offshored planning processes - Solid understanding of supply chain concepts - Proficiency in SAP ECC/APO/R3-PP within the supply chain domain is essential - Experience with OMP can be advantageous - Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Novo Nordisk's Supply Chain department, established in March 2017, is an integral part of the Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan.
