Explain Loan Details: Clearly articulate loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to the customer. Understand Customer Needs: Engage in active listening to understand the customer's financial situation and requirements, and recommend the most suitable loan solution. Guide the Application Process: Explain the customer through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Collect and Verify Information: Gather necessary personal and financial information from the client and ensure all required documentation is complete for processing. Address Queries and Objections: Patiently handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections (e.g., about interest rates or terms) with professionalism and problem-solving skills. Maintain Records: Accurately update and maintain customer interaction details and lead statuses in the CRM system and other databases. Meet Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and loan conversion or disbursement targets.
