Associate - Bagpack Designer

As an integral part of The Souled Store, you will play a crucial role in the conceptualization and development of creative graphic designs for Bagpacks, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the design team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute designs that resonate with our target demographic. - Translating design briefs and product requirements into visually appealing and commercially viable graphic solutions. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform design decisions and maintain relevance. - Working closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs throughout the development process. - Participating in design presentations, providing rationale and justification for design decisions, and incorporating feedback as necessary. - Assisting in the creation of design assets for marketing campaigns, social media content, and other promotional materials as needed. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. - 2-3 years of work experience, with proven expertise in backpack or bag design and a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modelling, or CAD making. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials relevant to backpack production. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and consumer preferences. - Passion for pop-culture will be a plus.,
